Markham Cycles bicycle hubs are officially closed for the 2026 season. As another cycling season comes to an end, we would like to thank our community for another successful year of riding, learning, and connecting through cycling.
Throughout the season, our bicycle hubs at Milliken Mills and Centennial Community Centres welcomed cyclists of all ages and experience levels. From free DIY bicycle repairs and bicycle lending to educational workshops, community group rides, and our Recycle to Ride bicycle giveaways, we were pleased to continue making cycling more accessible across Markham and York Region.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated volunteers, community partners, and everyone who participated in our programs this year. Your continued support helps us create welcoming spaces where residents can develop cycling skills, maintain their bicycles, and connect with their local cycling community.
While our bicycle hubs are closed for the winter, our team will be busy planning and preparing for the upcoming season. Markham Cycles programming is expected to resume in spring 2027, with reopening dates, operating hours, and program details to be announced closer to the start of the season.
